If there are specific requirement for Twin/ King beds, kindly give us prior information. Most hotels keep it subject to availability at the time of check-in
Many States are facing water and electricity problem in Hill Stations. Morning hot water may take sometime, kindly request guests to be patient. Hotels run on their generator back-up and sometimes there are voltage fluctions. Hotels are trying their best to provide service as per the circumstances.
Daily Excursions
Mornings, the day starts early after early breakfast, at 8:00 am. This is due to huge traffic, starting early will make the guests have a comfortable onward and return excursion. If the guests start early, it will be comfortable for them. It gets dark early here (at about 4:00 pm) and entry points close early too.
LUGGAGE space in vehicles are limited, so kindly request guests to travel light. Per pax one suitecase and one small bag is recommended. In case luggage exceeds, you may have to take extra vehicle for luggage, which will be at additional cost and payable directly
SAFARI IN KAZIRANGA NATIONAL PARKS
Official Park open Date for Kaziranga - 1 November - 30 April.
Jeep Safari may continue in May depending on flood situation.
Elephant safari in Kaziranga National Park is subject to availability.
Kindly inform all guests that in case Elephant Safari is not possible, we will offer one of the below alternative.:
1. Additional Jeep Safari in another Range of Kaziranga National Park
or
2. Boat ride to view river Dolphins
or
3. Or we will refund the amount back to your account

NOTE FOR SHNONGPEDENG & LIVING ROOT BRIDGE
Hotels remain closed on SUNDAYs and guides are not available. Kindly check the itinerary from your end so that Shnongpedeng and Nongriat stay or sightseeing does NOT fall on a Sunday.
NOTE FOR SUNDAYS IN MEGHALAYA
Most restaurants remain closed on SUNDAYs and guides are not available. When itinerary falls on a Sunday, kindly take enough snacks / packed lunch.
- 50 advance to be paid at the time of booking.
- Air fair is calcualted at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
- 100 payment is to be made for domestic packages before 4 days of departure date.
- 100 payment is to be made for international packages before 7 days of departure date.
- In case of cancellation standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies.
Flight & Transportation
- Flight schedules, airlines, and seat assignments are subject to the respective airline's operational requirements.
- Any changes, delays, cancellations, or rescheduling by the airline shall be governed by the airline's policies. Coral Holidays will assist guests wherever possible but shall not be held responsible for operational changes made by the airline.
Itinerary Changes
- Coral Holidays reserves the right to alter the tour itinerary, sightseeing sequence, hotels, or transportation due to weather conditions, road closures, operational reasons, government regulations, or any circumstances beyond its control.
- Every effort will be made to provide suitable alternatives without compromising the overall tour experience.
Accommodation
- Hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Standard check-in and check-out timings as prescribed by the respective hotels shall apply.
- Triple sharing rooms are generally provided with an extra mattress or rollaway bed.
Travel Documents
- Guests must carry valid government-issued photo identification during the tour.
- It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure possession of valid travel documents, permits, and any other documents required for the journey.
Baggage
- Baggage allowance shall be as per the airline's policy.
- Coral Holidays shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, delay, or damage to baggage or personal belongings during the tour.
Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
- Unless specifically mentioned in the package inclusions, travel insurance is not included in the tour cost.
Tour Participation
- Guests are expected to maintain punctuality throughout the tour.
- Coral Holidays reserves the right to refuse or discontinue the tour of any traveler whose conduct is disruptive or detrimental to the comfort and safety of the group, without any refund.
Operational Responsibility Clause
This Fixed Departure tour is operated and managed by a third-party tour operator. Coral Holidays acts solely as a booking and coordinating partner for this departure.
All tour operations including (but not limited to) itinerary execution, transportation, hotel allocation, sightseeing management, tour managers, local handling, and on-ground arrangements are under the complete responsibility of the operating tour company.
Coral Holidays shall not be held liable for: Any changes in itinerary Operational delays, Service quality issues, Hotel or coach changes, Visa delays or rejections, Acts of force majeure (weather, strikes, political issues, airline disruptions, etc.), any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience arising during the tour, All services are subject to the terms and conditions of the operating tour company.
By confirming this booking, the client acknowledges and accepts that Coral Holidays functions as a booking facilitator for this fixed departure and not as the principal tour operator. Payment to Coral Holidays confirms acceptance of the fixed departure terms & conditions and the third-party operator's policies.
In the event of cancellation by the traveler, the following cancellation charges will apply:
- 45 days or more before the departure date: 25% of the total tour cost.
- 44 to 30 days before the departure date: 50% of the total tour cost.
- Less than 30 days before the departure date: 100% of the total tour cost.
Please Note:
This tour operates during the Christmas Peak Holiday Season. Hotels, airlines, and other service providers enforce strict cancellation policies, and most bookings become non-refundable within 30 days of departure. Accordingly, 100% cancellation charges will apply for cancellations made less than 30 days before departure, as advance payments to suppliers are non-refundable.
