The capital, Bhubaneswar, is home to hundreds of temples, notably the intricately-carved Mukteshvara. The Lingaraj Temple complex, dating to the 11th century, is set around sacred Bindusagar Lake. The Odisha State Museum is focused on the area’s history and environment.

Day 01

Arrive at Bhubaneswar

Arrive at Bhubaneshwar Airport and you would be transferred to your hotel. Freshen up and proceed for half day sightseeing of Tribal Museum (closed on Monday), Khandagiri & Udayagiri Jain caves. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Bhubaneswar.

Day 04

Puri - Chilika – Gopalpur (175 kms / approx. 4.5 hours)

After breakfast, proceed for a visit to the picturesque Chilika Lake. Enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding area as well as revel in identifying different bird species that you find at the location. Later, visit Rushikulya Turtle Island post which drive to Gopalpur and check - in to your hotel. In the evening visit Maa Tara Tarini Temple. Overnight stay in Gopalpur.
